Well, one thing is certain - the two ladies who operate quietly and efficiently in the background at Gale Construction, ensuring our office systems run smoothly and trouble-free, play a crucial role in our continued success.

In charge of our accounts and office administration systems as well as being our Company Secretary, Wendy Slade has been with the company since February 2000. As with all successful businesses, an efficient accounts department is a crucial lynchpin of operations, and Gale Construction are no exception. As Wendy explains; "I always try to foster close and productive working relationships with the accounts departments of both our clients and suppliers, as efficient accounts departments working together ensure that everybody benefits. I try to never lose sight of the fact that a great proportion of all monies received or sent by this department do in fact go towards paying peoples salaries and sustaining livelihoods".

Ably assisting Wendy, Office Administrator Linda Clarke is the essential 'glue' that holds all the departments at Gale Construction together. Not only the friendly first voice that you will usually hear when contacting our offices by telephone, Linda provides all the necessary back-up services required to keep our busy office operating at maximum efficiency. She also performs the vital service of providing tea, coffee and biscuits to our clients and customers when they visit our offices, so remember to be nice to her !
